Morning Practice 2 Week Guided Sadhana


Meditation and pranayama (breathing) exercises powerfully effect our bodies, minds and emotions. Join me for two weeks of guided morning practice in meditation and pranayama. We will meet virtually from Monday - Friday each week at 6:30am CT to explore these techniques and begin each day grounded and inspired.
